I provide culturally affirming and neuro-affirming care, and I specialize in working with late-diagnosed ADHD and Autistic adults. I have supported individuals with academic burnout, first-generation stress, and navigating college with a disability. I also provide neuro-affirming care for Latinx late-diagnosed ADHD and Autistic adults. Additionally, I have supported families, children, and teens navigating life transitions, grief, and anxiety. I am passionate about incorporating ancestral medicine into my approaches, honoring the resilience of our families and ancestors. Outside of therapy, I enjoy taking long walks with my Berne doodle, Dexter, camping with my husband, experiencing live music, and working out.
