We are an award winning clinic specializing in services for families with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We have been providing specialized services for almost two decades in Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Antelope Valley, and more recently, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Merced, and San Joaquin Counties. We accept many insurances and are contracted with Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) and North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) to provide ABA and Adaptive Skills therapy in the home, school, clinic and via Telehealth.
We’ve earned some great recognition over the years for what we do! CDM was voted Service Provider of the Year by the Autism Society of Ventura County, granted the Award of Distinction (2015-2016) by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, and accepted as part of the Carelon Autism Preferred Provider Network (previously known as Beacon). We are thrilled to be entering our 17th year providing outstanding services for families with kids with special needs!
Autism affects each child uniquely, and we’re here to support you. At CDM, we offer ABA therapy, Adaptive Skills Training, School Support, and Insurance Verification. From diagnosis to school, college, and beyond, we help nurture your child’s growth.
CDM’s Applied Behavioral Analysis program uses a naturalistic approach of teaching procedures tailored to your child’s needs. Sessions aim to utilize your child’s natural interests and motivation to promote development of new skills and encourage desired behaviors.
CDM’s Adaptive Skills program supports children struggling less with behavioral challenges and more with daily living skills. Help with self-care, leisure skills, socialization, health and safety, and community skills fosters a child’s ability to become more independent.
CDM provides Behavioral Interventionists, also known as “shadows” or “aides”, in the school setting to help decrease behaviors such as non-compliance and aggression. Our aides can also support your child’s classroom social skills, and attention and learning challenges.
