Children’s Developmental Milestones is a Non-Public Agency (NPA) serving families in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties as well as Santa Clarita Valley.  We are looking for caring, professional individuals who love working with children and families to join our team. BCBA Case Supervisor

Job Description:

Develops, reviews, and modifies intervention program to address child’s needs as outlined in IEP/IPP, develops, reviews, and maintains CDM data books for accuracy and objectivity, schedules consistent home and/or classroom visits to directly supervise Therapists as needed, visits the classroom or home and observes the direct service of behavioral intervention staff working with the child as designated in the child’s IEP/IPP, documents observations, communications, and recommendations among members of the intervention team, completes regional center reports and school progress reports, trains and educates parents on intervention program, responsible for indirect services such as scheduling, developing data forms for behavioral IEP goals, and quarterly reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctorate in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
  • Must possess Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must be able to work afternoons and evenings.
  • Must be willing to commute to different locations to provide services.
  • Reliable Transportation & Auto Insurance required
  • Strong candidates will have a minimum of 2 year supervisory experience in ABA.
  • Department of Justice fingerprint clearance
2.  Behavioral Interventionist
Job Description:
Interventionists provide services  in the client’s home.  In-home support usually involves helping a child develop emotionally and behaviorally using play based approaches or behavioral techniques. Clients range in age from 2 years up to 16 years.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in psychology, education, child development, communication, or related field
  • 2 years experience providing behavioral therapy with children (college level courses in these fields may also be considered).
  • Valid California drivers license. Current vehicle insurance.
  • Department of Justice fingerprint clearance.
  • TB test clearance.
  • At least 18 years of age.
